At Selarom Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa, your consultation is designed to be informative, comfortable, and entirely centered around you.
We understand that visiting a plastic surgeon can bring a mix of excitement and nerves. That’s why we take the time to walk you through every step — with care, clarity, and no pressure.
Here’s what to expect during your visit:
Patient Forms
We’ll review your medical history to ensure your treatment plan is safe and personalized. To save time, we recommend completing your patient forms online in advance — but you’re welcome to arrive early and fill them out in-office if that’s easier.
A Supportive Environment
Dr. Schmelzer is often joined by a female chaperone during exams when appropriate. You’re also welcome to bring a partner, friend, or family member for support. You may be asked to change into a robe during your physical evaluation.
Open Dialogue
Your questions are encouraged — before, during, and after your consultation. If anything comes to mind later, you’re always welcome to call us or schedule a follow-up.
Photography for Planning
We may take standardized, non-identifying photos to support your before-and-after care. These are used strictly for clinical reference unless you provide consent otherwise.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Dr. Schmelzer will walk you through your options and tailor a plan that aligns with your goals. You’ll receive educational materials — print or digital — so you can review everything at your own pace.
Pricing & Scheduling
One of our team members will provide a detailed quote based on your treatment plan. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss scheduling, payment options, or any follow-up needs before you leave.
